Photography PROCESS

HOME PREPARATION FOR PHOTOS

Please ensure the home is READY for photographs PRIOR to me arriving. Please ask your clients to prepare the home as if this were a showing. This includes ALL interior staging, renovations, yard work, etc is to be completed BEFORE photo day!

I will NOT be moving any items around in the home, so I ask for the home to be READY prior to my arrival. Please have all blinds and curtain open as well as lights & lamps turned on.

There is a time slot allocated per home for photographs, depending on the size of the home and the types of photography scheduled. Keeping this schedule helps me ensure you get your images on time, so you are able to list the home on time!

Interior Photographs

iGUIDE - 3D virtual tour with FLOOR PLANS and measurements

A wide angle lens is used to photograph the property to showcase a realistic view of the interior rooms, front of the house and exterior spaces in the backyard.
You will be provided with several angles of the exterior and interior living spaces.
These images are high resolution and will be provided to you in the resolution you require for web and print.
The images will be emailed to you within 24 hours, unless otherwise requested.

Corporate events and conferences require team work between me and the employees organizing the event to ensure the photo timeline is set and we capture all the moments required.
It is also my job as the photographer to ensure people receiving an award are posed appropriately for the photo and that you can clearly see the award/certificate without any glare or light reflection.
I strive to make people as comfortable as possible having their photograph taken in groups enjoying the event or posed on stage.
